We possess the ability to visit the homes of your patients or clients to deliver medication specimen kits and facilitate their return to laboratories and clinics. Additionally, we can manage pickups or deliveries for researchers and scientists, enabling them to effectively reach, recruit, and retain study participants by offering treatment services at their most convenient times and locations.

We provide competitive pricing for our delivery services while maintaining a commitment to quality. With our flexible pricing options, you can receive exceptional service that fits within your budget. We offer our services on an as-needed basis or through contracted arrangements, which include a 10 percent discount.

Delivery services for one-way drop-offs within a 30-mile radius of Miami, Florida, and Des Moines, Iowa, are available for a fixed fee of $40 for specimen and test kits, or any items required for delivery to a patient, lab, or clinic.

For round trips involving specimen and test kits, the cost is $55 for a single trip.

If a round trip is divided into two separate journeys or times, the total cost will be $80. For example, if a specimen needs to be dropped off at 1 PM and picked up again at 4 PM, the combined trip would also cost $80, equivalent to the cost of two one-way trips.

Should you require multiple drop-off locations within the 30-mile radius, an additional charge of $3 per mile will be added to the initial fee, along with $2 for each extra stop.

For pickups and drop-offs outside the 30-mile range of Des Moines and Miami, please contact us at medicalcouriers@deliverychixx.com for a quote, include your pickup and drop-off locations and the items you need us to collect, such as specimen supplies.

For prescription deliveries within a 30-mile radius of Polk and Dade County, the base fee is $19.99, plus $2.50 per mile and $5 per additional stop. For deliveries beyond this radius, please email medicalcouriers@deliverychixx.com for an estimate.

For medical equipment deliveries, items weighing 0-50 pounds are priced at $55 for one-way delivery, plus $2.50 per mile. Round trip delivery in this category costs $65 within the 30-mile radius of Polk and Dade County.

For items weighing between 50-500 pounds, the one-way fee is $100, plus $3.00 per mile, while round trips will cost $120, plus $3.00 per mile. For pickups at multiple locations within the 30-mile radius, an additional $10 per stop will apply. For any locations beyond the 30-mile range, please reach out to us for a quote.

Our couriers are certified in the handling of hazardous materials and fully comply with HIPAA regulations. We meticulously adhere to these requirements at all times, ensuring that your specimens, prescriptions, and equipment are managed safely and securely. We maintain an open line of communication, and you will receive notifications via text or email regarding your courier's status, including when they are en route, when they have picked up your items, and when the items have been delivered.

We are capable of collecting your specimen bags and transporting them from clinics to laboratories. We provide both one-way and round-trip services and can arrange for these transportation options on a regular contractual basis. We adhere strictly to your schedules and recognize the critical importance of timeliness in handling specimens.

We provide a service for delivering prescriptions and medical equipment to both patients and healthcare facilities, available through subscription or on an as-needed basis. Our clients have the flexibility to customize their services according to their preferences. Additionally, we offer emergency delivery options, ensuring that your items can be delivered within one hour or less.
