Refund Policy

Safe Package Guarantee  


At DeliveryChixx, we stand by the safety of your packages. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, you will be eligible for reimbursement under our Safe Package Guarantee.


- Reimbursement Criteria: The reimbursement amount will be based on the item's value, which is determined by the lesser of the actual value, the replacement cost, or the repair cost.


- Declared Value Requirement: To ensure proper coverage, you must declare the value of your item at the time of the transaction and purchase Declared Value for that amount. Failure to do so will limit your maximum reimbursement to $100.


- How to Declare Value: You can declare the value of your item when placing your order. Specify the value clearly, and ensure you select the appropriate coverage option during the checkout process.


- Claims Process: In the event of damage or loss, please contact our customer service team at Refundinquiry@deliverychixx.com or call us at (515) 412-9070 to initiate a claims process. Be ready to provide relevant documentation, including your order details and any evidence of damage


- Exclusions: Please note that certain items may be excluded from coverage, including but not limited to fragile items, perishables, or high-value items unless specifically declared. Review our terms for a full list of exclusions.


- Time Limit for Claims: You must report any damage or loss within 30 days, e.g., "from the date of delivery to qualify for reimbursement.
