DeliveryChixx provides courier services for personal shopping, package delivery, document transportation, food delivery, and medical courier services within Des Moines, Iowa, and Miami, Florida, along with surrounding areas. Our dedicated all-female team ensures that packages are delivered with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
2. Orders and Deliveries
Customers can place orders via phone, email, or through our website. DeliveryChixx will schedule deliveries based on availability and the delivery times agreed upon with the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, as well as up-to-date contact information.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for DeliveryChixx services is determined by factors such as distance, time required for completion, weight, and urgency. Payments can be made through PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or over the phone. Additional fees may apply for rush deliveries or special handling requests. Payment is required prior to the rendering of services.
4. Delivery Guidelines
Customers must ensure that items are properly packaged for transport. While DeliveryChixx handles packages with care, we are not liable for any damage resulting from improper packaging. Clear delivery instructions must be provided, and recipients should be available to receive packages upon delivery.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule deliveries up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Liability and Insurance
DeliveryChixx is liable for lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries resulting from our negligence. Customers may purchase additional insurance coverage for valuable items. Liability for lost or damaged goods is capped at $200.00.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
DeliveryChixx is committed to protecting customer privacy and handling personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer data is utilized solely for delivery purposes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
